2026 Annual Commission Update (ACU) Course 🔔 This 4-hour course is a mandatory requirement from DORA to maintain your Real Estate License status.   You can complete the 2026 Annual Commission Update (ACU) class anytime during the calendar year, but it’s highly recommended to take it early. The course addresses key topics in brokerage compliance, general practices, and updates on rules, contracts, and legislation.
